Yesterdays live was awesome! We finished Lindsey's pattern Know Me 2053 & guess what??? Lindsey (@TheStitchFitz) hopped on tiktok to join us in the chat for a few!! We successfully completed the side pockets, welted pockets, the fly front zipper, the pleats, the darts, the waist band, the faux coin pocket & constructing the pants!
We were on live for just shy of 6 hours. Although I did some prep work before the live, I had to end up sewing on of the front pNt legs again because I didnt mark right & wrong side of fabric. Also I made some waist adjustments based on the measurements, turns out I didnt need them so spents some time modifying to removev added inches in the end.
Some of the steps like tge fly front zipper & the welted pocket take time. I used contrasting fabric for the belt loops, pockets, & welts and that was huge win! Over
all I love the pants & will make them again in a size 14 with no adjustments!
